It is possible to return or exchange goods directly from our site no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the package.

Prepare a package with the products you wish to return, making sure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the shipping.

You can use the original packaging, if available and intact, taking care to cover or remove the labels already present on the package. If the original packaging is no longer available, please send it in a new packaging (you can get it from the post office, tobacconist’s or directly from the courier).

All returned products must be perfectly intact, with original label, never used and must not show any signs of wear or dirt. The products that will be received in unsuitable conditions will be returned to the customer, with shipping to be paid by the same.

We suggest that you return the package using a tracking service, in order to always be updated on the status of your shipment.

RAYERBAG is not responsible for delays or losses in receiving returns. If there are any problems with the shipping of your return you will need to contact the shipping service that you have chosen.

From the moment the package is received, our operator will check the status of the products and their suitability for return or exchange. Subsequently, for the return, a refund of the value of the goods will be issued, not taking into account the shipping costs, on the same payment method that you used to make the purchase, no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the return in the warehouse.

For the exchange of goods you will receive via e-mail or Whatsapp a coupon of the value of the goods that you want to change that can be spent within 90 days of receipt of the same.
